Under the artistic direction of Van Collins, RASA Dance Chicago is an
interdisciplinary dance company that fuses together classical, modern,
jazz, and urban styles to bring athleticism and grace to the stage. RASA,
the mood or sentiment evoked by a work of art, has been seen throughout
the Midwest at numerous festivals and at our annual self-produced
full-length concerts, and has been referred to as seething emotion cast in
graceful movement. Now in its third season, Van Collins plans to
continue to surprise, entertain, inspire, and leave audiences on the edge of
their seats.
